  • Through authorised sub-distributors’ platforms, depending on your shopping location.
The return and refund policies stated herein apply to purchases made via AIRSCREAM’s official website. For purchases made via sub-distributors, please refer to the specific return and refund policies provided by the respective seller.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date You receive the Goods, or when a third party appointed by You (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day We receive the returned Goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

Returning Goods

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the Goods or proof of their return delivery.

Exchanges

If You wish to exchange a product for the same item, please contact Us. Exchanges are only available for Goods that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit for the value of Your return. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, a gift certificate will be sent to You.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves, We will send the refund to the original purchaser.
